We are already in February, Carnival time. A very traditional celebration of ours, although given the current circumstances, everyone will enjoy it their own way, transforming themselves into whatever they feel like in order to enjoy a moment of disconnection.
Given the picturesque nature of its characteristics, it has given rise to multiple artistic expressions, for this reason we make a review through these paintings housed in the different Spanish art galleries:
In the Prado Museum we find "Carnival in Rome" by Jan Miel; The Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando houses "The Burial of the Sardine" by Goya; In the Thyssen-Bornemizsa collection we find Picasso's "Harlequin with Mirror"; The National Museum of Ceramics and Sumptuary Arts Gonzalez Martí preserves "Carnival Afternoon in the Alameda boulevard by Ignacio Pinazo. wholesalend a jerseys from china" by Ignacio Pinazo. And, as the Argentinian poet, politician, scriptwriter and director Homero Manzi said: "Al ruido del tamboril, carnaval, carnavalera" (To the sound of the drum, carnival, "carnivalera").
